The location is handy, just beyond the city centre and with easy access to several major roads. It’s a grand house converted into holiday lets, with lovely interiors and everything equipped just right.

We were in apartment 4, and it was stunning, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The tea, milk, crisps, carrot cake, and croissant were lovely little touches. Neil and vitalie were genuinely friendly and welcoming hosts. We only stayed two nights while visiting an elderly relative in Lincoln, but we’ll definitely return for longer. We walked into Lincoln in about 25 minutes and used local taxis a few times to get to restaurants. They averaged £8, which meant I could have a drink. For the castle, I’d suggest taking a taxi up and walking back down to town. Steep Hill really is steep!

It’s a lovely, quiet base for Lincoln or trips further afield, with private parking on site. Neil, the owner, was friendly and welcoming, and nothing felt like too much trouble. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in that part of England. The apartment was one of the most spacious places we’ve ever stayed, and it was comfortable, cosy, and warm. Breakfast was delicious. The kitchen had everything we could ask for, including a washing machine, Nespresso machine, and fridge. It’s just a couple of miles outside Lincoln, and the bed was comfortable too.

A gorgeous Victorian grand house, beautifully furnished, and easily the nicest place to stay in Lincoln. The host was warm, friendly, fun, and never made anything feel like too much trouble. A true delight. I’d give it ten stars if I could, and I’d happily recommend a visit. You won’t be disappointed. 😀

We’ve struggled to find a decent place to stay on our trips to see family in Lincoln, but this apartment was far more than decent. It was beautifully designed, spotless, and full of appreciated little extras. Everything felt top quality, and the bed and bedding were so comfortable that we checked the sheet label to find out where to buy them. It was peaceful and quiet, and we slept really well. Neil was lovely and kept in touch impeccably before and during our stay. He also told us about the building’s history and showed us around the building and some of the other apartments, which were just as fantastic. There were flowers, tea, coffee, milk, croissants with butter, jams, and crisps. We visit Lincoln a couple of times a year, and we’ll definitely be back. I’d 100% recommend these apartments to anyone visiting.
