Hayley made the stay memorable. She was friendly and professional from start to finish, always willing to go the extra mile, and her warm, helpful service made me feel valued. The Novotel itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with good facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks, Hayley. You're a real credit to the Novotel team. I'd happily come back and recommend the hotel.

We could walk to both the town centre and the train station, which was really handy. The welcome at check-in was warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, though it looked worn and could use some updating. The pool and steam room were pleasant, but the sauna had a slight urine smell. Breakfast tasted fine, but there weren't many cooked options.

The hotel has a modern look but still feels cosy, and our room was fresh and clean. Everyone we met, from reception to housekeeping, was welcoming and friendly. I was impressed by the stay, especially with such a reasonable price, and I've already booked another visit.

We had a good time using the spa, with a decent-sized pool, a working jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The hotel itself was clean and modern, seemed to run well, and was near the city centre. The friendly, welcoming staff made a real difference while we were away from home.

We spent four nights over Easter weekend, and our daughter, who has additional needs, was made to feel very welcome. The staff kept asking what would make things easier and more comfortable for us, which was a huge difference from other hotels that didn't want to know. The food and beverage manager understood that our little one needed special food and let us use the kitchen microwave to cook it. At breakfast, Lit quickly became her new best friend. He was so friendly and engaging, and would go out of his way to find a strawberry or something else for her porridge. He also found out it was my birthday and arranged a small surprise. We saw him interacting just as warmly with other guests too. We can't say enough good things about him. I wish he could be everywhere we stay, though that would be a huge loss to Novotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Thanks for a great weekend.
