Alina and Pedro were so kind and helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed them. We loved the thoughtful touches, lovely decor, private parking and the fact that it’s dog friendly. The location is stellar, too. This is our favourite Cardiff stay, and we can’t wait to come back. Almost wish I could keep this little gem to myself!

A beautiful place to stay. I really have nothing to complain about.

It felt like stepping back in time and living a little dream. The suite has a lovely, quirky style, and its distinctive feel made the stay a niche experience. Communication was handled with just the right amount of professionalism. I’d love to return at the first chance I get. Thanks for sharing your beautiful hidden gem with me.

I had to cancel just a few days after booking because relatives were unwell, even though the reservation was still six weeks away. I’d paid over $200, but got only $39 back, plus a voucher if they managed to book the room again. The cancellation terms felt extreme and the response unreasonable, especially for someone travelling internationally. I won’t be back in Cardiff any time soon, and I wouldn’t stay here if I were.

Such a lovely, home-like apartment in a beautiful area. I didn’t want to leave. The warm welcome and attention to detail were much appreciated, and I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you!
