We were eight cousins on a reunion trip, and most evenings we sat by the lounge's open fire, reminiscing. Mrs Wall and her daughter run a fantastic country hotel, with wonderful food and a friendly welcome. They were happy to help with anything.

Mona was a fab host, and breakfast was great. The place is only 5 mins from the Donegal border and has a bar in the evening, which is a nice bonus. Very good value for money and a fab place to stay.

We filled in the arrival forms with our preferred breakfast time, 830, and what we wanted to eat. In the morning, though, there was a note saying breakfast wouldn't be served until 9 because we hadn't given a time. When we came back at 9, it still wasn't ready because the person hadn't checked the hotel intake paperwork. We also weren't allowed to eat in the room, so the Chinese takeaway we wanted wasn't an option. The road right beside the place is extremely busy and LOUD. The shower only got tepid, even turned all the way to hot, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the WI FI was VERY spotty. The building felt old and musty, and the steps were REALLY creaky. Do NOT stay here!!!!
