I ended up sleeping in my car in the car park. It was late, I couldn’t find the building entrance, and no one responded when I asked for help. The directions were unclear and the instructions were sloppy. I tried the code on every door I could find, but none worked. The locks seemed broken. After I paid, there was nobody there when I arrived, so I got instructions by text. None of the door codes worked, or the electronic locks were broken. They assigned me a second room that was meant to be unlocked, but it was locked too. On the third attempt I was sent to a room at the back of the building. What a joke, pathetic and irresponsible. This place is a gutter.

There’s one shared toilet, and the rooms are dirty, with mould around.
