The food was amazing, with fresh pizza and chips coming out throughout the event. The owner at the bar served great shots, and I was impressed by the choice of spirits. We hired the function room for my sister's birthday, and the owners were fantastic. Communication beforehand was great, and the friendly, helpful staff made organising everything smooth. The room had all we needed, with plenty of games and entertainment. My boys especially liked darts and the pool table, and everyone had a laugh joining in with the skittle alley. Highly recommend it for a big or small gathering. I've been to events here before and will keep coming back.

The rooms were very clean and fairly spacious. The decor is a little old, but it has its charm, which is why we chose to stay here. The place is affordable, and I recommend it. Service was friendly, the food was fresh and very good, with large portions. Breakfast was English style, with hot and cold drinks to choose from. The location was okay, with parking on the side streets.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, and it's an easy spot to reach major routes for exploring the area. It's a lovely place to stay. I wouldn't suggest it for anyone with mobility issues, though, as the rooms are upstairs.

This is a friendly local pub with clean, comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. The staff are easygoing, diligent and kind, making it a nice B&B to stay in.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in my dad's wake. Kirsty was wonderful with all my questions, and every team member we met was kind and helpful. The food was amazing, and guests who stayed in the rooms said they were great. If you have a function coming up, give them a call. Room hire is very reasonable, and they did everything they could to make room decorating possible the way I wanted. It all went smoothly, which is all you can ask on such a stressful day.
