Travelodge Chertsey

The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. I found the location ideal, close to local attractions and easy to get around. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Nabeel and kazmi were incredibly friendly and attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

There was a strong marijuana smell in the hotel, which I didn't like, and the car park was too small for us, with space for maybe 12 to 15 cars. The air cons need cleaning, as the pictures show. I paid for a king-size bed but was given a room with a small double, which was very disappointing. On the plus side, the room had heating, the towels were clean, and the water pressure and hot water were good.

The budget room was clean enough. I checked out at 12 and left my Kindle under the pillow. When I realised, I called at 10pm, since housekeeping would have changed the bedding and seen it. Unfortunately, it's disappeared into thin air.

Parking was terrible, with too few spaces and nowhere nearby to park. Premium WiFi wouldn't work, so I had to get another code from the desk. The hotel itself was modern and clean, in a great location for Thorpe Park. Aldi is just around the corner, and it's a nice area.
