Queen Guest House

The rooms were quite noisy, but I could sleep fairly well, at least on my own. The bathroom was anything but modern. I booked two hours before the scheduled check-in, and that turned out to be a mistake: the host hadn't noticed, so I was left outside a locked door. He finally arrived two hours later. Maybe it was just bad luck. He was friendly and approachable at first, but got increasingly pushy about his “business.” The price was okay. He wasn't there in the morning either, so I had to find something to eat in a stranger's kitchen, which felt weird. Even stranger, someone else turned up early that morning, though they hadn't stayed overnight. I didn't know if it was legitimate, since the host had said I'd be alone in the evenings and mornings. I was very glad to leave.
