ch1 boutique stays - Deva suite

The bedrooms were nicely separated from the busy street, so we had no noise issues even though the apartment sits right in the heart of Chester. It was clean, updated, and much roomier than the building looks from outside. The kitchen even had a washing machine and laundry pods. We were very happy with the stay and would come back. The only thing missing for us was kitchen towels, though maybe that’s common in UK accommodations. When we checked in that afternoon, we met the owner, or possibly the owner, who was very welcoming and friendly. He even helped lift our luggage from the bottom of the stairs. We only saw him then during our two days, which was completely fine. Getting up to the apartment was quite a climb, so big suitcases take a bit of strength.

The only thing that spoiled the stay was a shop renovation on the street. On both mornings, a builder was filling a skip at 6:15, which was very noisy. I don't blame CH1 for it, but they might want to complain, as I’m sure that sort of noise at that hour isn’t allowed. I’d definitely stay again if there were no skips being filled. The place itself was beautiful, furnished to a high standard, and communication was great. I couldn’t fault it otherwise.

The apartment looked gorgeous and was incredibly clean and fresh, with breakfast that was first class. The host was lovely, friendly, and attentive. It was easy to find and perfectly placed for visiting Chester. We had an amazing stay, better than we expected, and will be back soon.

Breakfast delivered to the room was a lovely finishing touch, and the apartment stayed peaceful inside despite being right in central Chester, surrounded by boutiques, restaurants, and bars. Patrizio has a real eye for interior design, and the place is beautiful. We came as a group of girls for Chester Races ladies day, and it was just the glamorous spot we wanted. The service was five star from start to finish, and I can see us making this an annual outing.
