The room matched what I expected for the price, and the location was great. I made a mistake with my booking, but the chap at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. I'll be back soon for work.

Everything was within easy walking distance, which made it a great base for exploring Chester. The host was friendly and helpful and made sure I had what I needed. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived, and my room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Chester.

A cute little hotel, just 3-4 minutes from the station and around 5-10 minutes on foot from the main street. If being close to the train station matters to you, this is a fantastic spot.

The location is spot on, just a 3 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the central bus station. The city centre and plenty of places to eat are nearby, and I felt safe and comfortable. My friend booked the place first for 3 days. I liked it so much that I came back twice, once for 2 days and again for 4. Mr.Bash, the manager, is really friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping is excellent. It's great value for the price, and I'll stay here again when I return.
