We chose this hotel for a one-night birthday treat for my wife. It’s in a perfect location, has plenty of parking and lots of character. Breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the complimentary drink when we arrived. The problem was the noise early in the morning from what seemed to be the kitchen below room No.16. We were woken shortly after 5am by loud talking, then radio music from 6:30 to 7:30. We know the staff work hard, but we’d hoped to get some proper rest. I appreciate the owner’s response to my edit.

The food is the real highlight here. The chef and kitchen team turn out outstanding meals in the brasserie and at breakfast, and the restaurant and bar service impressed us too. Bosham is a beautiful setting, and the hotel is ideally placed to enjoy it. We spent a lovely couple of days here, and the rooms were comfortable. At this price, though, I was surprised there was no air conditioning. We’ll definitely be back.

I went to my bestie's wedding on Tuesday, and the gardens were beautiful to wander around. The menu was incredible, every course had us reaching for more, and I don’t think anyone left a plate unfinished. Staff were professional and friendly too.

As the celebrant for J&V's wedding last Thursday at The Millstream Hotel, I felt incredibly welcome. The General Manager and her team greeted me with coffee and freshly made cookies, then looked after the wedding guests with real care and attention so my couple could have the best day. The service went perfectly. The GM brought sentimental items into the service for me, which helped me get the tone just right, and guests were served ice cream while the couple signed their certificate. Thank you for looking after me so well. I hope to return!
