Willowbrook Riding Centre

Sundays at this riding school have been part of our routine for years. My daughter has ridden here for nine years, and I learned here too. We’re very happy with how it’s run, and my daughter won’t ride anywhere else. Kerry usually teaches, and she runs a safe school, gives advice throughout and is thorough about technique. The horses are well cared for and not overworked. After lessons they’re turned out in the fields, while helpers keep the stalls clean. When horses are past 12, care is taken to find them good homes. I’d gladly recommend the school to others.

Over the past few years, our daughter has gone from being frightened of horses to riding with confidence. That says a lot about Willowbrook and its staff. They also offer various training days alongside the regular lessons. I’d highly recommend the school.

Kerrie has a great way with all the students. She seems to know when a bit of advice will help and when more instructions would be too much. Our daughter has been riding at Willowbrook for almost a year and has made amazing progress. It’s a lovely little school with lovely ponies.

The green lanes and fields around Willowbrook are looking so lush at the moment. Long hacks through that gorgeous countryside are always a treat, especially as riding out is becoming rarer in Southeast England. Great horses, lovely rides, and a brilliant experience all round!
