Pytts House Boutique Bed & Breakfast

We only had a short stay at Pytts House and wished we could have stayed longer. Anna made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and the house was full of character with beautiful decor. Our room and bed were very comfortable, and we both slept really well. Anna’s breakfast was delicious, one of our favourites from the whole trip. We also loved spending time with her little dogs, especially the sweetest little boy Mr. Tibbs. We highly recommend Pytts House and hope to return soon.

We’ll definitely be back, though I wish we’d stayed longer. Anna made us feel so special and cared for, and nothing was a hassle. The location is perfect, the property is stunning, and it has such a romantic, elegant feel. A real hidden gem, with the best hostess in town.

So peaceful at night, and close to the village, this was a great base for exploring the Cotswolds. The location was perfect, and the room was comfortable and lovely. Anna did everything she could for us, and she and her six helpers, albeit knee high, made us feel like old friends arriving for a stay. I’d easily come back.

The lovely room opened onto a terrace planted with white hydrangea and a beautifully scented rose, with a fabulous garden view. Anna served a perfect breakfast in her dining room, which has an eclectic mix of objets. She was so welcoming, as were Mabel and her posse. Her recommendation of The Royal Oak worked out brilliantly: although it was fully booked on Saturday evening, mentioning Anna’s name got us a table within 20 minutes. We usually stay at The Lamb, but Anna, her house and her fabulous dogs have won us over. I’m sure the dogs would be nowhere to be seen if you’re not a dog lover. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
