Getting there was a bit of a challenge because the road is narrow, especially in my van. Once there, though, the room was comfortable, with a comfy bed, cooking facilities and a good shower. The car park was large and well lit. I'd go back.

The room was simple, but the bedding had stains and the mattress made loud metallic spring noises whenever I moved, even slightly. We were in room 8, but the sign outside didn't show where it was, and another guest had to help us get in. One guest smoked weed every night, and we could smell it. That's not the lodge's fault, though I think security cameras might have discouraged it. The road up to the property is very steep, also not the lodge's fault, but useful to know if you're thinking of walking to the Tesco nearby. It'd do in a pinch, but I can't recommend it.

I've been staying here for quite a few months. The rooms I've used have been clean and the beds comfortable. When anything comes up, it's sorted out in good time, and communication has been very good.

Great little lodges, with everything you need. I've stayed more than once and would recommend them 👍
