The property and location are good, but the customer service was awful and it wasn't worth staying there. They spelled my name wrong in my email address, so I never got the key code, check-in details or payment instructions. I had to go to the property during my lunch hour and basically do their job for them. They also wouldn't help me figure out how to use the stove. Their office hours are 9am to 6pm, which is when most professionals are working, so that wasn't helpful. I've chased them several times for an invoice and am still waiting.

The room was excellent, with a comfortable living area and a good-sized bedroom. The pillows felt a little hard. The lift was broken during my visit, and my room was on the fourth floor, though it wasn't a long climb. I'd definitely book this apartment again for my next business trip to London.

The staff were nice, and the place was clean and tidy. I got upgraded to the penthouse suite for free, with complimentary prosecco waiting there. It had amazing views and a huge balcony, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Great location, and I'd definitely recommend it.

I stayed for a month, and the problems went on the whole time. The kitchen electricity didn't work, so we had to put the toaster and kettle on the floor to plug them in. They said they'd provided an extension cable, but it was only 20cm long and couldn't reach a table. Nobody fixed it for the month, so we were cooking on the floor. The shower water was ice cold. Someone came after a week to repair it, but the problem returned about 1.5-2 weeks later. I reported it and got no reply until the day I left, when they said it had already been repaired, ignoring that it had broken again. For about half the stay, we sometimes boiled water in the kettle on the floor just to shower. It was ridiculous. I couldn't shower properly, there were issues with the lights and electricity, and we didn't even have toilet paper. That's only part of the list.
