The beaches are clean, and I feel safe here. I keep coming back because it's a lovely area and the people are friendly. At the end of the walk there's a nice coffee spot with freshly cooked fish and chips that are banging. Head right along the sea walk and there's a lovely place to relax with coffee, fish and chips or a beer. 😄

We'd arranged an appointment with Ben and arrived on time, but the visit was awful. He seemed hungover, stumbling into poles and struggling not to fall over. He took us around the campsite on foot for two hours without showing us a particular caravan or model, then led us back to the office and tried to make us sign a document to find out whether we had money. He wanted to discuss finances before we'd even seen anything we might buy. When we said we wouldn't sign until we'd seen a few models, he became aggressive and shouted at us. We'd driven three hours each way, only to be marched around on foot and told an 18-year-old needed to check whether we could pay before showing us a caravan. Quite a marketing strategy.

The amusement staff were very kind and helpful. But on our first night at the site, 2 April, the park let a rave carry on until 5am in an area where families were staying. It was so loud it must have been heard within a mile. I told reception and got no apology or explanation. Three other guests I spoke with were aghast at the noise too. It left our family worried it could happen again any night without consequences.

A lovely little family getaway, with plenty for kids to do and activities throughout the day. There's entertainment and football in the main bar and restaurant areas, and the North Sea views are just a walk away. Recommended.

We'd never been before, but we'll definitely come back. The facilities and staff made it a brilliant visit for all of us, and the site goes above and beyond. Highly recommend it.
