Rachel kept the coffee coming with the biggest smile, and breakfast was the best I've had in ages. It really set me up for the day. The place was warm, clean and friendly, with period features alongside modern furnishings. My room had everything I needed, and the mattress made for a great night's sleep.

Breakfast had loads of tasty choices, and I slept amazingly well in the double bed. The room was spacious, with lovely beds and an en-suite. We arrived early, but Tim was friendly and helpful, let us leave our bags and gave us the key so we could take a stroll along the beach. He and his partner also pointed us towards the sights we wanted to see. I stayed at the Browns Rooms with my Mum and Nephew, from Saturday the 18th to Sunday the 19th of November 2017. Nothing was too much trouble, and I'd definitely go back. Thanks, A+.

The White Room was spotless, and breakfast had so much choice. Even with the awful weather, we had a really enjoyable stay. Rebecca and Tim welcomed us warmly, although we arrived early, and made a much appreciated pot of tea for us, my son and grandsons, who weren't staying there. They even provided breakfast for all of us on our last morning. Nothing was too much trouble. I'll stay nowhere else in Cleethorpes. Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Breakfast was such a treat, there was so much of it. Rebecca made us feel at home right away, and the room was gorgeous and spotless, just like the rest of the house. We only stayed one night, Sunday 14 October 2018, and I wish it had been longer. Glor and I are already looking forward to coming back, hopefully soon. A big thank you, Rebecca. Dave.

The smoked haddock at breakfast was to die for, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Our hosts were lively and friendly, and couldn't do enough to make the stay better. Absolutely lovely visit, highly recommended. x
