Premier Inn Cleethorpes

The hotel is quite far from the centre, which was the one downside, but I’d visit again. We stayed one night on Sunday 21st September in a disabled adapted room, and it was extremely clean. It felt warm and stuffy, so I asked for a fan; the staff member turned on the air conditioner for us instead, which worked perfectly. Reception staff were extremely helpful. We ate dinner at the restaurant, which was adequate, and breakfast was beautiful, well worth £10.99. Yaz looked after us and was extremely helpful and polite, and made us feel very welcome.

It’s easy to walk from here to both the beach and town. The rooms are spacious, warm and clean. I wish the windows could open even a little, but they’re all sealed. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. Jazz served us and was attentive and really pleasant.

We stayed on 3rd January 2026. The staff were lovely and our room was very clean, but the breakfast we’d booked ahead was disappointing. We only found out that morning that they weren’t serving cooked breakfasts. We got a refund and were offered the continental option, but it fell short, with things like croissants not restocked. The restaurant speaker system was also crackly and kept cutting in and out. It was really irritating and should have been switched off. The whole experience was underwhelming since we chose Premier Inn for the all-you-can-eat breakfast.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the disabled room we booked worked great for my disabled partner. The hotel itself seemed a bit tired and could do with an update. Breakfast was average.
