Our home was badly damaged after the boiler failed, and Trina went out of her way to rearrange bookings so our family could stay at the property without interruption. She kept in touch throughout and was attentive about getting any problems sorted quickly. The place was presented to a high standard, which made things comfortable and stress free. It became a home away from home for my daughter. Thank you for everything.

We were there in July 2018 as a family spanning three generations. The owners were very helpful with getting a car seat for our baby. In the end, they arranged delivery to their other place and drove it over to the cottage so it would arrive in time. We appreciated how quickly the owner dealt with what she could and her apology for the rest, and we were satisfied with her response. We didn’t feel compensation was needed, and none was offered. There were some problems on arrival: the bin hadn’t been emptied, the oven smelled awful, advertised items such as handwash were missing, and there were leaks in two spots that we had to catch with towels. The service was good, but the property itself felt a bit lacking.

Bruton is a brilliant place to visit, and we had a wonderful stay last week. The place was spotless and cosy, and Trina was incredibly kind and helpful. I’d thoroughly recommend it.
