We ended up lingering over more drinks on the sunny rear patio after a delicious home cooked breakfast with yummy coffee. The owner gave us a lovely warm welcome at The Case, and our waitress was friendly, chatty, and served everything with a smile. Excellent value too. Would definitely recommend it. Perfect summer morning! 🌞🍳☕

Dinner here really impressed us, both the quality and the generous portions were fantastic. We had an amazing stay too: the hosts were welcoming, the room was very clean, and there was a great choice of tea, coffee, and snacks. The bed was really comfy. Totally recommend this to everyone.

Lovely owners who can't do enough for you. The husband is a chef, and the food is awesome.

The mains were excellent, tasty and beautifully presented, and the staff kindly added a couple of Yorkshire puds that weren’t on the menu. The place has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were attentive, warm, and friendly. Food was 8/10. The starters were only OK: the rice balls lacked flavour, and my chicken starter came with cold, limp potato shreds and a rock-hard bruchetta. I’ll be back soon to try breakfast and the cosy-looking sun lounge.

We had dinner on 23rd December, and it was perfect: a roaring fire, delicious home cooked food, and lovely service. Linda and Barry made us feel like part of the family. We’d upgraded to the jacuzzi room, which was clean and top quality. What a wonderful stay. It’s been running for over 30 years, and we can see why!
