The food has been lovely every time we've visited over the last four years, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are being revamped, and they're beautiful with really comfortable beds. Even though the hotel is near the roundabout, you don't hear much traffic. It feels like five-star treatment, so I think it deserves more than three stars.

The Sunday carvery was the highlight, with a great selection, good quality, and excellent value. Our room for the night was quite large and had the things we needed, like an iron and kettle. The staff went out of their way to help, and we'll definitely return. Thank you.

The lamb hotpot we had today was edible, but it didn't taste very good. I think the gravy was the problem. My girlfriend and I used to enjoy the carvery here, though we hadn't been in for a while. Standards seem to have slipped, in my opinion. We always stopped when we were in Coleraine, but we won't be back.

The food was beautiful, and our rooms were quiet and peaceful. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Coleraine train station. I stayed with two friends, and the staff were extremely helpful. Since we were all travelling with guide dogs, they gave us a dog-friendly room with its own patio area for the dogs' ablutions. I'd thoroughly recommend the hotel.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. We had a beautiful room for a wonderful weekend celebrating my birthday and our 30th wedding anniversary, a gift from our children. It was our first visit, but we'll definitely be back.
