The staff were so friendly and helpful, and one small gesture made the whole visit even more memorable. After I complimented them on the homemade marmalade, I found a little pot of it in my room that evening. We had a wonderful couple of days. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the main courses were beautifully presented. Dessert looked like a work of art and tasted even better. Breakfast was just as good, with homemade muesli and bread. It wasn't cheap, but it was excellent value.

We booked the Pig in Mud package for my 40th birthday, and my husband and I loved the whole stay. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices from both the menu and buffet, so there was something for everyone. We also really enjoyed the excellent dinner and the relaxing spa. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. We'll definitely be back.

We had a really pleasant stay at Norfolk Mead Hotel. The spa was clean, spacious and luxurious, and my deep tissue massage was very good. Our room was comfortable, the food was top notch, and everyone on staff was as friendly and helpful as could be. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

My 40th birthday was a special chance for me and four friends to reconnect and laugh for hours. The staff were helpful from the booking stage right through our spa day, overnight stay and breakfast the next morning. We left around 11, feeling wonderfully relaxed. Everything felt under control and the atmosphere was super chilled. Thank you so much for making it a day we'll never forget. I'll definitely return!

The fire and ice treatment was so relaxing. Kelly was great at her job and quickly put me at ease. I also had a delicious tapas lunch. The whole team were warm and welcoming, and the venue itself was lovely. I can recommend it, and will. Thank you. 🙂🙂🙂
