The breakfast was amazing, and our room was pristine with a wonderfully comfortable bed. We had the best night’s sleep we’ve had in ages. Steve and Fiona were warm, welcoming hosts who paid attention to every detail. Five stars don’t feel like enough for The Old Bake House. A perfect stay, and we can’t wait to return!

My favourite part was getting back from dinner and browsing through some of Steve’s impressive vinyl collection. We also loved the superb breakfast. Steve and Fiona were very welcoming and worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. The Old Bakehouse is a lovely old building, with comfortable rooms and great views, right in the town centre. It’s just a stone’s throw from the Kingfisher pub, but we weren’t bothered by noise. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely two-night stay. Fiona and Steve were fantastic hosts, with plenty of good ideas for things to do nearby. Breakfast was a real highlight. Thank you!

We stayed with our two kids, aged 9 and 13, and had a lovely time in this gorgeous B&B. There’s a great pub right opposite where we enjoyed a superb meal while the kids played boules. Breakfast was excellent, and so was the coffee. We’ll definitely be back!
