My son and husband were walking Hadrian's wall, and I was their driver. We had a great stay, with very clean rooms, and Susan was full of helpful suggestions for places to eat and things to enjoy in town, including the Roman remains. The water had Dipper birds in it, which kept us entertained. Such a lovely spot.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. The gardens by the river are extensive and beautiful, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well cared for. Susan was a lovely host, welcoming, flexible, and helpful. A really excellent stay.

Susan, the land lady, was so friendly and gave us great tips about the area. We loved breakfast and would definitely come back. Dilston Mill is well placed for Hadrian's Wall, and we walked into Corbridge in about 25-30 minutes. There’s free parking in town if you’d rather not walk. We also caught a bus from Hill Street, the main road at Dilston, to Hexam for the evening so we didn’t have to drive. I’d highly recommend the place.

Breakfast was excellent and rounded off a really good stay. The B&B is peaceful, right by the river, and convenient for Corbridge and rail services along Hadrian's Wall. The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean, and we felt wonderfully welcome.
