T's B and Bs

We had the place to ourselves from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon, and our guests all had a fantastic time. We chose the Lower Lawn for the ceremony, with a stretch tent so we could make the most of the beautiful views. The gardens were beautifully maintained, and the farmhouse and outbuildings were gorgeously decorated. We loved the cats wandering around too. We booked Lower Rudloe Farm in summer 2021 for our July 2022 wedding. It had everything we wanted in a venue, with great views, accommodation for 20 guests, and a quirky feel we could personalise as a couple. Natty and Sam helped us work out solutions for what we had in mind, and quietly made the day feel as easy and stress-free as possible. The Lambing barn is a blank canvas to design yourself, which suited us, and we appreciated being able to borrow props and furniture to fill the room. We'd recommend it to anyone wanting a fun, characterful venue for a full weekend.

We loved the DIY breakfast: local bacon and sausages, fresh bread, eggs, and homemade granola. You can meet the chickens too, and buy local produce at the Farm Shop. Everything is eco friendly. Lacock and Bath are both about a 20-minute drive away. We had a lovely two-night stay in a beautiful location and will definitely return. Once life gets back to normal, I hope we can try the hot tub and sauna after a walk through the valley, then have pizza or a BBQ. I'll ask for the granola recipe next time.

The spacious double room had a kitchenette, and the bed was comfortable. It was cleaned okay. Breakfast was included, but the mini fridge was empty at first. I texted the owner and they sorted it out. I would have liked the owners to be more careful about mould on the loaf and yogurts, and biscuits or cookies that were out of date.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was fresh. We felt very welcome. My only suggestion is that dog beds be available for guests bringing dogs, especially since we paid the £10 dog surcharge.
