The staff were lovely about letting us check out a little later, which meant we could shower after the run. This Premier Inn was especially good, and its location worked perfectly for the Norwich half marathon. I always find Premier Inn comfortable, warm, friendly and reasonably priced.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hotel was perfect for the showground. My one issue was noise from the A47. I like to keep some ventilation at night, but with the window open the traffic was noticeable. Still, it was a pleasant stay. The van can be left across the sidewalk.

Kelly made us feel at home straight away, and was especially kind and helpful with our 7 month old. We had a really enjoyable stay and plan to come back when we visit our friends.

The desk staff and cleaners were especially helpful, and everyone seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Gemma Tracey Kyle Beth go well beyond what their jobs call for. A big thank you to Riz too, she is golden. I'd recommend this hotel.
