Such a lovely little guesthouse, tucked away and excellent value. Sandra, the proprietor, was so welcoming and friendly. My room, number 1, was huge and looked out over the garden, and the whole place was spotless and polished with quality throughout. It's also wonderfully quiet. I couldn't fault it.

Sandra gave me a lovely welcome and a decent cup of tea when I arrived. The place feels quaint and old-fashioned, inside and out, like stepping back in time. Bedroom 2 was much more than I expected. It had an ensuite with both a bath and shower, plus toiletries and towels. There was good WiFi, a TV, and tea, coffee and hot chocolate with a kettle. The double bed was lovely, and the cute single bed I slept in was fantastically comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. You can also use the kitchen and its small appliances. I'd recommend it and would stay again.

I had a really comfortable stay here on a business trip a couple of months ago. The rooms are spacious, with enough room to work and relax. If you're visiting Birmingham, you must stay here. Thanks for everything!

The room was faultless, with plenty of tea, a nice TV and a shower in the room. WiFi was out on my first night, but they did all they could to get it working, and it was fine the next night. The owners are lovely, and I’d stay again.

A charming little boutique guest house, with imaginative decor and lovely quirky details. The room facilities, hospitality tray and toiletries were all excellent. Perfect!
