The apartments at GC are run down and have multiple problems. There’s flooding all the time, and electrical work is done by maintenance workers who aren’t qualified, which is dangerous. The company buys properties in crime-ridden, run-down areas, then charges extortionate prices while calling them 5 star. They’ve been the worst company I’ve dealt with. There’s no communication, they take your money and ignore you until you have to take legal action. I’d give them 1 star, and I’m sure you’d agree if you booked with them.
