Megan was such a helpful host, always smiling, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Her breakfasts are to die for. It felt like home for us country birds, yet it was so comfortable and immaculately clean. The location is perfect, with lots of nearby places for an evening meal. We can’t wait to return.

After our three-night stay, I can say the whole setup was stunning, from the room to the food. Our lovely hostess gave the experience an extra zing. There are loads of places to visit not too far away, and plenty of places to relax after a hard day. Everything about the place was spot on.

Breakfast was great, and it’s a handy place to stay for visiting the dales, with a pub five minutes down the road. We loved our stay here. The building and rooms are beautiful.

We came back to this wonderful place and brought our daughter along to show her the lovely location. It’s comfortable and friendly, and the cleanliness can’t be faulted. Megan is a star, such a hardworking host, and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is brilliant and sets you up perfectly for the day. There are lovely places to walk, and it’s a great base for touring around. Thank you, Meagan, for a perfect stay. From Val, Pete and Lorna. Can’t wait to return again.

The Yorkshire Dales are beautiful, and this is a perfect base for exploring them. Whittaker's is one of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed in, with quality in every aspect. Megan was a wonderful hostess and nothing was too much trouble. For the price, it just doesn’t get better. We’ll be back and absolutely recommend it to everyone.
