Olly and Harriet were such friendly, welcoming hosts. They even gave us a tub of delicious homemade ice cream for free. The house and our huge room were beautiful, with an amazing view, and breakfast was delicious. The area is stunning, with great walks, lovely pubs and delicious restaurants. We’ve stayed in lots of nice boutique hotels, and this one is top notch. Would thoroughly recommend.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade bran muffins that were on the menu while we were there. The friendly hosts also had lots of tips for exploring the area. Meadow Cottage is in a beautiful spot, with stunning views across an orchard to distant hills. Even in the cold wintry weather, we enjoyed finding a spot in the garden for coffee. The modern, stylish house has rooms that are comfortable and uncluttered, with tasteful decor, personal touches and pops of colour. We recommend it unreservedly and would love to stay again.

The views from our room and the garden at Meadow Cottage are outstandingly beautiful, and the homemade ice cream was delicious. Harriet and Oliver provided impeccable service and a lovely breakfast. They catered for my girlfriend, who is coeliac, including gluten free homemade bread. The B&B is incredible, with modern, spacious, clean rooms. Five stars doesn’t do it justice. We really can’t recommend it highly enough, and this will be our first point of call for future stays in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

Breakfast was simple, delicious and quick, and Harriet and Oliver were friendly, helpful hosts. They’ve made a uniquely and beautifully styled haven. The rooms are exceptionally clean and calm, with a beautiful view. Looking forward to visiting again!

There were four of us at Meadow Cottage for one night, and I wish we could have stayed longer. Oliver gave us a warm welcome. The house and grounds are stunning, clean and modern, and the bed was SUPER comfy. I slept like a log! Thank you, Harriet & Oliver, for a perfect stay. :)
