The rooms are starting to feel old and could do with a refresh, especially at this price. In summer they get very hot, and even with the fan I found it hard to cool the room. Asking the bar for ice was the best workaround I found on hot days. The staff across reception, the bar and the restaurant were outstanding, though. Thanks for making the stay a good one, especially Pauline, who made each morning nicer. The location works well for courses at Cranfield, and the food is good.

Mitchell Hall gives you more for your money, with larger rooms and better showers, while costing a fraction of the price. You get the same service as at the CDC, and the restaurant accepts the student discount, which is a big plus. The CDC is more refined in style, but unless you're staying beyond the university days, I'd choose Mitchell Hall.

The restaurant and bar had a lovely setting inside and out, and the food and drinks were great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Mitchell Hall is within reach of the city, while still giving you the Cranfield University surroundings, walking paths and lots of parking. I had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Lunch at REGGIES Restaurant was good too, I'd give it four stars.
