The location was such a highlight, with the beach only a short stroll away and views of it, the Pele Tower, and the walled Garden from the main bedroom. There was loads of room for our family of four adults, two children aged 5 and 3, and five dogs, and it was spotless and clearly suited to both kids and dogs. Three bathrooms made mornings much easier. We also found plenty of thoughtful extras, from books, board games, and beach toys to dog bowls, towels, shampoo, and cushions. The dogs loved the cushions in the living room and kitchen, and the kids happily sat with them there too. Maxine had left treats for us and our furry lot, which was a really kind touch. She was friendly, easy to reach, and great at keeping in touch. We’re already talking about another stay at Asta Cottage. Keep it up, Maxine and the Team.

We’ve been coming here for three years now with my mother-in-law and the rest of the family. It easily fits eight people and five dogs, and we’re doing the same again next year. Brilliant place.

A proper relaxing break. The cottage is roomy, the beds are comfortable, and the wood burner is lovely. It’s about a five-minute walk to the beach, which our dog loves.
