We came to visit family but ended up having a great holiday. The lodge was airy and bright, with peaceful countryside views. The barbecue hut was a surprise. We thought barbecue season was over, but it let us cook well into the night. It had a lovely atmosphere while we relaxed, ate and had wine.

The welcome package was much appreciated. The lodge had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, and lovely views all around. It was peaceful and quiet. Our hosts were helpful and polite, and replied quickly. I'd recommend this place without hesitation.

We had a lovely break at this fantastic place on a working farm, with horses around.
