I've stayed at The Cliftonville a few times now and have enjoyed it each time. On this visit, the receptionist rearranged our room in about five minutes so we could have a bath, which made the stay even better. The hotel is by the sea and within walking distance of the charming, characterful town of Cromer. Breakfast was tasty, and the sun coming into the breakfast room while you look out over the sea is hard to beat.

A huge thank you to everyone at the Cliftonville for looking after us during our wedding reception and stay. It was an amazing weekend, and the accommodation, food, and event planning were all brilliant. Everything we wanted was taken care of. Special thanks to Debs for coordinating it all. We'd happily recommend the venue for any kind of event.

The position and the view are both great. We stopped for a drink and lunch, and the portions were fine for a midday meal. The fish pie was tasty, though I would've liked another serving of veg with the broccoli. The crab linguine was less flavourful than I expected, especially for somewhere known for its crab.

There were 12 of us, all older ladies, and we had a cream tea here yesterday. The scones, made by Pal, were delicious and still warm from the oven. Holly handled our special requests with such good grace and was happy to help with everything. Tea and coffee refills arrived without us having to ask. We'll certainly visit again. Thank you.

The food was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. From the dining area, the morning view is amazing wherever you sit, though if you're early enough, try to get a table by the bay windows. The hotel is so well maintained, and both the main spaces and guest rooms are beautifully decorated.
