A small cottage with a big heart. Pat and her husband have fantastic personalities and made us feel so welcome, even though we arrived late on a Sunday evening at short notice. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculate, and they’d left bath bubbles, soap and moisturiser, plus tea, coffee and biscuits for the morning. The bed was really comfortable, and the main bedroom also had a TV with a DVD player. One of the loveliest, quaintest places I’ve stayed. I’d highly recommend it.

The room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a very big ensuite bathroom with a bath. Breakfast was top quality, with another assortment of homemade treats, and I even got a sausage sandwich to take to work. When I mentioned I was too tired to eat out, the host kindly offered to make me a sandwich with homemade biscuits. I stayed for business in early 2018 and would stay again if I’m in the area.

We stayed for a wedding in Kipford and loved the place from the moment we arrived. Pat gave us a warm welcome and showed us how everything worked. As we unpacked, she asked about our plans and offered to arrange a restaurant table and taxis. When the restaurant was fully booked, she kindly offered us a lift to the next village. The clean, cosy room had an ensuite shower room and even a private lounge, and the bed was so comfortable I’m sure the linen was made of clouds. Breakfasts were spot on, and the homemade buns were perfect for elevenses with a cuppa. From the window we could see countryside, 'coo's', pheasants, red squirrels and plenty of birds. A wonderful base for exploring, with amazing hosts. Thanks so much, Pat and Bill!

We absolutely loved staying here. The room was to a very high standard, with a lovely warm welcome and a brilliant view across fields where we kept hoping deer would appear. Breakfast was home cooked, including the jams.

We had a great stay at this lovely bed and breakfast and were really well looked after. The breakfast was fab and hearty too.
