The room was well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom, and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, greeting us with tea. Breakfast was fantastic and included local produce. It’s a great base for exploring Dumfries and Galloway, with restaurants within walking distance in Dalbeattie and Castle Douglas and the surrounding area just a short drive away. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Liz and Ian made our stay fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us. The accommodation and breakfast were wonderful, and we really enjoyed the new walk and coffee shops they told us about. We’d never have found them without their help.

The owners gave us a superb welcome, and the B&B is beautiful. The rooms are high spec, with gorgeously comfortable beds, and breakfast is incredible, so come with a big appetite. I can’t fault the place and would be very happy to stay again.
