Mercure Daventry Court Hotel

I’ve worked in the industry for 25 years, so I know what I’m talking about, and I was genuinely surprised by this corporate hotel. When something in the room wasn’t right, they sorted it straight away. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and I slept perfectly. It only needed someone to share it with 😂 Breakfast had loads of choice. Keri is brilliant with customers, and you can tell she enjoys her job. The rest of the staff were friendly and clearly well trained too. I really needed a break to recharge, and the conference weekend did exactly that. Thanks so much. You should be proud of the team. Keep up the high standards!

From check-in through to the bar and breakfast, the team were friendly, professional, and easy to approach. The warm atmosphere made the whole stay even better. My room was excellent, and the service throughout was lovely. Mercure Daventry is a real hidden gem. I’d happily recommend it.

Just wanted to give Abi at reception a big thanks and a gold star for her service. I called with a simple question about adding breakfast to my room, and she listened carefully, understood what I needed, and sorted it out quickly and politely on the first try. I’m really grateful for her kindness and attention to detail. She should be an ambassador for the company’s customer service team. Thank you, Abi 😊 🙏🏽

The reception team did everything they could to help, and the breakfast was lovely, with plenty to choose from and friendly, helpful staff. The pool was lovely and warm, like getting into a bath, and very quiet. I had my two-year-old with me, so I can’t comment on the steam room or sauna, though they looked clean. The changing rooms were very clean too. We stayed three nights after an awful situation, and everyone was so friendly, understanding, and helpful to me and my little one. Our prestige room was very spacious even with a travel cot in it. It had a huge comfy bed, a bath and shower, coffee maker, and kettle. A great stay, thank you.
