The Henley Room is huge and has beautiful sea views, a lovely place to unwind. We came back for our second visit this year and had another lovely break. Fiona and Rob made every effort to please us, even giving us lifts to and from the station. Breakfast was imaginative and perfectly cooked. Many thanks!

We enjoyed our second stay at Lammas Park House this year just as much as the first, maybe even more, especially after arriving late on Friday evening. Breakfasts are first class, as always. We've already booked for next year. Thanks, Fiona and Rob.

The breakfast was superb every morning, freshly cooked with quality ingredients, and the spacious dining room has an amazing Alpine model railway Rob built. Fiona and Rob are terrific hosts. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, with a comfy bed and gorgeous sea views. Parking is good, and town and other amenities are very close. We can't wait to return!

We had a lovely room and a great breakfast each day, with plenty to choose from. This B&B is right in central Dawlish, and Fiona and Rob made us feel very welcome. Fresh milk was available in a shared fridge, and they kindly helped when we needed breakfast outside the usual hours one day.

Our room was enormous, as was the bathroom, and the bed was really comfortable. From the settee and armchair we could look out at the sea. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and there were lovely little treats, cookies and fudge, when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. A lovely place to stay.
