I rented the two-bedroom apartment 2 Delven in Castle Donington while attending Donington Park Motor Race track. It was spotless, on a quiet street, and had plenty of off-road parking. Upstairs are two large en-suite bedrooms with quality king-size beds. Downstairs there’s a kitchen-diner and lounge, plus a Smart TV with Sky Sports, which was a real bonus. Several pubs are very close by, as is Orissa, one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a high-quality stay in these apartments, and I’m glad we chose them instead of a hotel. Check-in was quick and stress-free, and the gardens around the building are lovely and relaxing. Daily maid service left the rooms spotless, and I had no complaints about the apartments. I’d happily come back and recommend the accommodation to friends.

Back in early 2015, I was helping a client find somewhere to stay in the East Midlands for six months. Hotels and B&Bs I looked at didn’t meet the budget and facilities needs, then I came across dbs. Their apartments were superb quality and in an ideal location. The team were helpful from booking right through checkout, and nothing was too much trouble. My client said the stay was thoroughly enjoyable, good value, and felt like a home from home. Neither of us would hesitate to recommend dbs for short or long stays. Hayley Doody Remote Associates

We stayed at DBs after getting married at Amalfi White. It’s a beautiful, modern apartment, and the exposed bedroom beams with the skylights really make it. The kitchen is nicely equipped, and there’s a walk-in shower, mini bar, full Sky box, and WiFi. Would definitely stay again.

There were four of us on our second visit to dbs Apartment, and we’ll be back again. It’s spacious, with all the amenities we needed and great bedrooms and bathrooms. Local shops and places to eat are within walking distance. dbs recommended the Castle Inn, and it was lovely. Great value for money.
