Jay was quick to respond to any questions and really attentive. He wanted to make sure we were comfortable, and Tracey welcomed us warmly and kept the flat beautifully tidy. The apartment itself is comfortable, quiet and secure, with gated parking. Local amenities and the town centre are both within walking distance.

Cleanliness matters a lot to me, and I have very high standards. The team went above and beyond to meet and exceed them. They were responsive, attentive, and the apartments were lovely. I stayed at grand central apartments for three months, working in Amazon’s Robotics division and travelling a lot. Having to settle into a new place each time can make you homesick, but they’d thought through the little things that make a place feel like home. Even the small decorations felt chosen with care. Tracey was there when I arrived and when I left. She was such a welcoming person and made me feel at home. The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. It’s an easy walk to the town centre, with a nice row of pubs nearby. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area, for work or leisure.

It’s a quiet place for a vacation, and I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Central Apartments. The management and staff were caring and helpful the whole time. I was welcomed warmly and would recommend Grand Central Apartments for a holiday.

The host was flexible and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay at short notice. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a quiet block, with comfortable beds and all the equipment I needed. I’d highly recommend it.
