We had a wonderfully quiet night in comfortable beds, and the views were stunning. The house is beautiful, and our rooms were clean and tidy. Daniel was there to show us around and invited us to relax in the garden with a coffee or tea. It’s also ideally placed for visiting the surrounding area or starting the NC500.

The views were brilliant, and it was a lovely spot for a weekend. Our host was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were lovely. Getting here without a car could be tricky, though that’s expected in the countryside, and the views more than make up for it. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I booked a rental car for the wrong date, so we arrived very, very late. Our hosts were still friendly, understanding and helpful. The next day, when we needed to get back to the airport, our host even dropped us at the train station. That’s so kind, service with a capital S. Thank you so much. Our holiday didn’t get off to a great start, but you made us forget all about it!

We booked at the last minute and were greeted by a very friendly, welcoming owner. The rooms were lovely, with so much attention to detail and little extras that made the stay feel special. Everything was super clean and warm, and it was a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend.

The garden is huge, with decking where you can relax and light a log burning fire pit, plus a summer house with cosy lights and chairs to enjoy in any weather. There’s also a cosy communal lounge with a TV, and complimentary drinks and biscuits to help yourself to during your stay. The house is stunning, modern and stylish, with loads of parking and the best views I’ve seen from a bedroom window. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with a really soft carpet, refreshing colours and lovely art on the walls. The bathroom was spacious and soooo clean too, with views that went on for miles. The host greeted us warmly as we arrived and was so lovely and helpful. We had an interesting chat in the garden about the place’s history. Breakfast the next morning was very nice, with sooo much choice. When we do the NC500 again, we’ll definitely, definitely, definitely stay at The Kinkell House. Thank you so much. This was probably our favourite of our six nights away!
