Kath made everything easy, and the welcome pack had wine, chocolates, tea, coffee, milk and sugar waiting for us. We spent Christmas at Dapps Hill Haven and found it really cosy, with very comfortable mattresses and a lovely lounge and dining room. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and bath, plus a well-equipped kitchen. The maisonette is right by the river and park in Keynsham, with a lovely outlook, yet only a stone's throw from the high street. Handy for Bath, Bristol and the countryside too. Highly recommend.

We felt very welcome and comfortable here, in a lovely spot close to the river and park. Bath and Bristol are easy to reach by train, with other travel options too. We could have explored more if we'd stayed longer. Would happily recommend it.

The one thing to bear in mind is that there are stairs into the place, so check with Kath if stairs are an issue for you. Otherwise, I loved everything. The space was spotless and beautiful, and there are lovely quiet walks nearby. Kath was an amazing host and the service was excellent. Trains make it easy to get to Bath, Bristol, Corsham and Cardiff. After four months of travelling, this was the best Airbnb we stayed in. Five stars!

Parking beside the house was easy, and the setting is peaceful, by a river and park with pleasant walks. Dapps Hill Haven was exceptionally clean and well organized, with clear instructions. The decor and furniture are lovely, and the house is very well equipped, with much of it seeming quite new. The hosts were helpful and quick to reply. I can only say good things and highly recommend it.

We couldn't find anything we disliked about our stay. The place is quiet and pleasantly set beside a river, and the parks nearby are well looked after. Shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. The owner clearly puts effort into making guests feel welcome and comfortable.
