The owner is a lovely, very nice lady, but I spent the night genuinely worried about my safety and left at the first chance in the morning. The rooms were dirty and smelly, there was mouldy food in the hallway, and the procedures were ridiculous. There are no proper locks on the door and no keys for the front door, so you can get locked out if you step outside. The place is a tip. I urge people not to stay there.

The woman, Mrs mcreedy, is lovely, and everyone else living there is really nice too. I stayed while working away for a while and felt very welcome, like I was at home. They provided a lovely three-course meal every night at no extra charge. If you’re working away and need somewhere in Doncaster, book here. Highly recommend it.

Florence gave me a wonderful welcome and let me choose between rooms. I picked the one with the four-poster bed. There was a cooked breakfast in the morning, and I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

I was there for work and felt right at home. The hospitality went above and beyond, the food was fantastic, and everything was very professional. Five stars from me. I’ll stay again when work brings me back. Highly recommended. Vincent.
