I've stayed here lots of times and keep coming back. It's right by the city centre, and the rooms feel homely, are clean and lovely, and have really comfortable beds. Grace, the host, is friendly and accommodating, and went out of her way to make my stay pleasant. It's good value for what you get.

We had a great time here, and everything was clean and well organised. Grace was attentive, polite and helpful, and the room and bathroom were cozy. There was also a fridge with several varieties, and everything was very good. It's spacious and comfortable. When we return to Dover, we'll stay here again. I recommend it.

I booked here two years ago and still remember the stay. Grace does a wonderful job running and cleaning the B&B, even though she's the only one looking after it. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of drink choices. My family room had two comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom with a shower, bathtub and two sinks. There was also a mini fridge and a kettle, with mugs, cream and sugar. I wish I could remember the coffee brand, it tasted like a mix of coffee and hot chocolate. It's a great base for visiting Dover Castle or the beach. The one small drawback is that they don't take credit cards, but I'd still book here again when I return to Dover.

Town is just across from the guest house, so it's easy to get to. Gracie is a wonderful host, and her breakfast is brilliant. My colleagues and I regularly run over our time in her small, delightful guest house, and she's always accommodating. Ask her how she makes those lovely breakfast mushrooms.

We brought my mother-in-law and our two-year-old daughter for a weekend, using the guest house as a base for visiting Canterbury. My mother-in-law had the master ensuite, while we stayed on the second floor, where the windows look towards Dover Castle. It was a lovely view at night. The high street is only a few minutes away, and the White Cliffs, train station and Dover Port are all within walking distance. Canterbury took less than 30 minutes to reach by car, and the Kent countryside was beautiful on the drive there and back. Breakfast was excellent, good enough that I might drive down from London just for it. Every room has a TV and free internet, and there's a shared living area to relax in. It's also well placed if you're crossing to France for shopping. I'll definitely come back when I head across the Channel for Christmas shopping. Choose the master ensuite room, you won't regret it.
