The Plough nearby served delicious food, though the apartment had everything needed to cook. It was quiet, really clean and packed with extras: still and sparkling water in the fridge, lots of cookies and breakfast bars, plus toiletries. I was there with my two boys, aged 7 and 16, as a single mum, and all three of us were really impressed. It's an amazing apartment in a great peaceful location.

It's a peaceful spot in a nice location, but the site needs some attention, especially given that I understand the fees are just under 5k. I used to come here when my kids were young, and it feels run down now. The pool area has been demolished and nothing has replaced it, while the front part of the bar is now apartments. The ladies' toilet had no running water and was dirty. There were a couple of mattresses and other rubbish by the field. The residents deserve better.

We stayed in one of the apartments with our two children, and the receptionist, Orla, was lovely and helpful. She arranged everything we needed without any trouble. We were disappointed not to stay in one of the holiday cottages, as there wasn't enough room for four, but we plan to come back. It's a very quiet, peaceful place for a break from the daily rush. I highly recommend it.

The kids loved it, and we'll definitely come back with friends and family. The beds were comfortable, and the apartments were clean, with good WiFi and a working Smart TV. Such a welcoming, peaceful place. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay and have already booked to come back. The pitches are a good size, with water available at every pitch, whether or not it has electricity. It gets lovely and quiet in the evenings. The pool was quite chilly.
