The owners were so welcoming, even though we arrived very early, and let us straight into our room. It was spotless and roomy, and breakfast came hot, fresh and delicious. We had a lovely three days here. The town is an easy walk away, too. We’d definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

I came over from Texas for one night before catching my cruise to Norway from Dover. Dawn and her husband were really kind and accommodating. My en-suite single room was just right, with a clean, tidy feel and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is an extra £10, and you can pick a time to have it served hot in the cozy dining room. They were happy to make mine vegetarian. I’d recommend staying here.

The owner let us check in after closing when our bus was delayed and we got to Dover later than planned. The staff were lovely, and the rooms were clean with everything we needed. The towels could do with replacing, though, as they look quite old. Everything else was 10/10.

The owners at the West Bank Guesthouse were friendly and down to earth, and the place felt really cozy. We enjoyed our stay and had a great breakfast. I’d recommend it, and would stay again if I’m ever back in Dover.

We found it a handy place to spend the night before an early ferry. The host was very welcoming, and breakfast was good. The decor is a little dated, but everything was very clean. The town centre is within a fairly easy walk, about half a mile along the main road.
