The staff made me and my young child feel so welcome, and were incredibly friendly. Our room was spotless and modern, the beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. It was fantastic value for the price. We'll definitely come back, and thanks again to the staff.

We went down for dinner at 7 pm on Saturday and found the restaurant closed because of staff shortages or sickness. We only learned later that the chef had been moved to another hotel nearby. Friday's meal cost £90 for two, which I know is quite good, but we should have been offered the Valentine's menu and could have saved £20. Breakfast was the worst ever: some parts were dry and others raw, and because it came free as part of a deal, we got no refund. Happy Valentine's Day from The premier inn Dundee.

We were here with a group for an ice hockey tournament. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up for breakfast. Definitely recommend it.

I got in at 8 pm, so didn't see much, but the room was nice enough and breakfast was great. The Wi-Fi was fast and good. The car park can get busy, though there are plenty of spaces for both the hotel and restaurant. It's ANPR, so you need to enter your registration at the machine inside. When I checked prices, this Premier Inn was a lot cheaper than the one near McDonald's. Would I stay again? Yes.

The room was cracking and the staff were great, but the food was crap. There was nothing available for the continental breakfast, not even milk, so no coffee either. The cooked breakfast took ages, then arrived just as it was cooling and wasn't quite warm enough. Management made no effort to make up for the obvious service problems. I didn't bother complaining because the poor staff had already heard enough from all the other tables. I got on with my day, but I'll never stay there again.
