The breakfast had lots to choose from, and the staff were so friendly. The place is lovely and just a short distance from the sea. Parking was easy too, with a permit for £2.35 a day. We came in August and the room got very warm, which made sleeping difficult. A fan or air conditioning would make the B&B even better.

The hosts did a good job accommodating my daughter, especially since I’d explained beforehand that she would need some support. Breakfast was excellent. The room for two felt cramped, though, and we really wanted more breathing space. I also struggled on the stairs going to and from breakfast because of my poor mobility. With painful knee osteoarthritis, this isn’t an ideal place.

The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast went beyond what I expected. The staff were kind and supportive, which made the place feel a bit like my granny’s house. We had a really lovely night at this hotel near the seaside in Eastbourne.

Being so close to the seafront was a real plus, and breakfast had everything you could want. The staff were amazing and happy to help with anything. We liked our stay so much that we added another night. The room was spotless, and I’m sure we’ll come back. Mr and Mrs yeo

The location worked brilliantly for us. The Congress Theatre is directly opposite, the seafront is right there, and it’s an easy ten-minute stroll to the main shops. French and Italian restaurants are very close, with a waffle place around the corner too. A £2.30 permit let us park right outside for the day and saved us a fortune. I hadn’t booked an independent hotel for years and worried I’d end up somewhere awful, but I was completely wrong. Room number 1 was spotless, and Janine helped us get our bearings. We finished the stay with a lovely full English breakfast, served with a smile. Smoked salmon, fresh fruit with yogurt, and plenty of toast were available as well.
