Breakfast was lovely, with a good range to choose from. My friend got his order wrong, but the staff were really friendly and accommodating about fixing it. We felt welcome, and the room was clean and comfortable. If I'm back in Eastbourne, I'll stay here again.

We spent a lovely couple of days in a comfortable top-floor room. The breakfast was excellent, with an amazing choice, and the B&B is in a great spot just off the sea front. Boyne House is fantastic value, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

The hosts were warm and friendly, even greeting us later than usual because our trains were delayed. The room was lovely and clean, with a huge double bed and a decent, clean en suite. It's a lovely location near the sea front, and breakfast left us perfectly full.

Jill gave me a very friendly welcome when I arrived and showed me to my room. The facilities were great, and there was plenty of choice at breakfast. All I had to do was ask, nothing was too much trouble.
