The breakfast had loads of options, the dining area is stunning, and the rooms felt homely and were very well equipped. Gaynor made us feel so welcome. The cleaning standards were fantastic, too. It's close to the beach and parking was easy. We'd definitely stay again.

Gaynor made us feel so welcome, and breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful two-night stay at Number Ninety One in room 2, with a sea view. The bedroom and bathroom looked so chic, and the room was just gorgeous. It had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, sofa, small dining table, bath and shower, plenty of towels and bathrobes, shampoo, conditioner, and a variety of coffee and teabags. We can't wait to visit her again.

Room number 2 was huge, with a massive bathroom, a spotless bedroom and balcony sea views. Gaynor was soo friendly and helpful. Breakfast had to be ordered in advance, but it was hot, fresh and plentiful. There's free parking right outside, and buses to Brighton. Highly recommended.

We had room 5, a lovely room facing the sea, and the attention to detail throughout was great. Gaynor is such a welcoming host and serves a high-quality breakfast with plenty of choice. This is the best B&B we've stayed in. We'll be back. J&J

Room 5 had a great sea view, and there was plenty in the room, including plates and cutlery if you wanted to eat there, plus a table and chairs. Breakfast is cooked fresh, with lots of choices to select the night before. The host is friendly and so welcoming. This B&B has much more to offer than others we've stayed at, and the location is excellent for exploring Eastbourne and the surrounding area.
